Hello, Say Customers!
Although we handle a large majority of our customer communication online, it's always important for your address to be accurate in My Say. Occasionally we are required to send documents in the mail, and every once in a while you may get something fun from Say!
Let's walk through the process together.
1. Log in to your My Say account.
2. On the top navigation bar, select "my policy".
3. Once you're on this page, you will see the address we have on file for you. If this is incorrect in any way, click on the "update address" link and fill out the form.
4. Be sure to select "save changes to cart"! This will ensure your address is updated in our system.
