They’re cheesy and they’re calling your name. Dive into these 6 ways to enjoy tortilla chips on National Tortilla Chip Day!

1. Chips & Queso

We all know this one should be first because it is the most delicious! There’s nothing that hits the spot quite like a tortilla chip smothered in cheese. We don’t need a recipe for this one. Everyone knows the classic recipe calls for 2 cans of Rotel Original and 1 block of Velveeta Cheese.

2. Nachos

You can dress them up with the works, you can dress them down to the basics – cheese and chips. That’s the best part of nachos, especially this recipe that calls for one pan. Hey, we’d sign up for the clean-up after this meal!

3. Tortilla Chip Crusted Tilapia

This is new to us! When you get to the chip crumbs at the bottom of the bag, don’t sigh in defeat because they can no longer be a vehicle for queso. Tortilla chip crusted tilapia is the solution for you!

4. Turkey Tortilla Soup

Even though Punxsutawney Phil predicted an early spring, we’ll likely have chilly weather for a little longer. The cure for shivering all day? A warm pot of tortilla soup garnished with chips!

5. Migas

Migas are a breakfast classic that can, and really should, be enjoyed at any time of the day! You’ll likely have these staple ingredients on hand and can whip up this yummy scramble with eggs, onion, jalapeño, garlic, cheese, salsa, and corn tortilla chips (of course).

6. Taco Salad

Maybe you’re still following your new year’s resolution to eat more salads. If so, good for you! We respect it and encourage you to make this taco salad to enjoy tortilla chips today without sacrificing your resolution.
