Dear Say Insurance® family residing in Colorado,
Our hearts go out to everyone during this confusing and unprecedented time. We hope you're staying safe and finding exciting new ways to enjoy your time inside. Say is aware our customers may be experiencing financial strain or hardships, so we've implemented a few changes to alleviate stress and help you focus on staying healthy:
- Say is extending premium grace periods.
- Say is waiving late payment fees.
- Say is placing a moratorium on cancellations for non-payment.
- Say is deferring any non-renewal underwriting actions.
- Say is continuing coverage for any expiring policyholders.
We are here to help, if your automatic payment fails between now and May 15th, we'll hold off on cancelling your policy. We encourage you to update your payment information, if necessary, by utilizing your My Say account or call us and we will be happy to help make those or any other changes.
When the moratorium is lifted, any missed payments on your policy will be due. Please know we are here for you during this time and want to help however we can.
Give our Say Service Squad a call at 1-800-225-5729 if you have any additional questions or needs.
Continually sending positive thoughts your way,
Your Say Insurance® Team
