Dear Say Insurance® Family,
Our thoughts are with you and all of the individuals affected by the tornado on March 2, 2020. In this devastating time, we want to provide our policyholders with any essential resources possible.
Please, call 1-800-225-5729 to speak to our Service Squad or to file a claim. If you have internet access, you can also file a claim by logging into your My Say account. Rest assured, if you have already reported your claim, we have it and someone will be in touch as soon as possible.
The Storm Response Vehicles are no longer stationed throughout the city, but you are still able to ask members of our parent company, Shelter Insurance®, for assistance, if necessary.
Tennessee residents, we want you to know that we have suspended cancellations or non-renewals of policies for nonpayment for at least 60 days from the date the policyholder suffered property damage, injuries, or loss. This is specifically for Benton, Humphreys, Dickson, Cheatham, Davidson, Wilson, Smith, and Putnam counties. If you are not a resident in one of these counties but were still affected by the severe weather, please reach out to our team and we can assist you!
The deadlines for proof of loss, notice requirements and other contracts will be allowed exceptions, as we know responding to these notices isn't your priority during this time. You will be able to voluntarily enter payment plans or temporarily postpone due dates in order to maintain insurance coverage. The late payment or insufficient fund fees can be suspended due to a temporary inability to submit payments.
If you are needing a duplicated copy of your policy for any reason, these will be provided at no additional cost.
As always, our customers are the priority and we want to help you in any way we can!
Sincerely,
Your Say Service Squad
