Say Insurance® Releases Mobile App

COLUMBIA, Mo. – It’s time for drivers in Colorado, Kansas, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, and Tennessee to get excited about the release of the newest feature offered to Say Insurance® policyholders, a mobile application launched August 27, 2021.

Since the brand launch in 2016, easy-to-access, understandable car insurance policies have lived at the core of the Say Insurance® brand. The Say team is committed to continually evolving and advancing the experience of their insureds, and developing a mobile application was a highly anticipated next step.

“Say drivers cultivate a digital-first mindset in everything they do, including car insurance,” said David Wilfong, Technical Product Owner of the app development team. “Not only will this app provide convenience for those who decide to become customers of Say, but it will also encourage them to remain lifetime customers.”

This app allows Say Insurance® drivers the flexibility to manage their policy anytime from a mobile device. Top features include digital insurance cards that can be accessed with or without internet and a consolidated dashboard featuring payments and policy details. With just a few quick taps in the app, drivers can call roadside assistance or update their insurance coverages. The slick user-experience rated 9.3/10 for ease of use from customers who agreed to app testing.
