Dear Say InsuranceĀ® family residing in Tennessee,

Our hearts go out to everyone affected by the recent tornadoes. We hope you're staying safe.

The Tennessee Department of Insurance has issued a bulletin requesting insurers take reasonable efforts to assist policyholders experiencing losses because of the severe weather on December 10, 2021.

We are suspending cancellations and non-renewals for non-payment of premium for 60 days beginning December 10, 2021, to assist customers affected by the storms.

When the moratorium is lifted, any missed payments on your policy will be due. Please know we are here for you during this trying time and want to assist you however we can.

Do not hesitate to reach out to our Say Service Squad if you have additional questions or needs.

Always here for you,

Your Say InsuranceĀ® Team
