At Say, we never want to leave you stranded, so we include Roadside Assistance in every policy. If you’re a Say customer, you’ve it, and we encourage you to use it whenever you need to. Really, we mean that.

Who to call

Our Roadside Assistance is provided through a company called Agero.

1-866-296-8145

You can call them 24/7, and they’ll be ready and willing to help you out. Is it 2 a.m. and your car broke down on the side of the highway? Give them a ring. Did you get a flat tire in the middle of Friday afternoon rush hour traffic? They can help! That’s the great thing about 24-hour roadside assistance.

What’s covered

We all get by with a little help from our friends sometimes, right? Agero is there for all the typical things that you need a little extra support for. Think stuff like:

  • Towing
  • Extraction of a vehicle
  • Jump starts
  • Removal of a flat tire, and replacing it with your car’s spare
  • Fuel, oil, or water delivery if needed
  • Lockout services

PS: Your Roadside Assistance can help with a lot, but your car must be within 50 feet of a paved or well-maintained road.

How much coverage do you get?

The Roadside Assistance includes up to $100 of services per incident. Say your car breaks down and you’re stranded. You get a tow that costs $125. We’d pay $100 through your policy, and then you’d have to cover the other $25.

And since that is $100 per incident, that means that if four months later you break down again, you'll get another $100 of Roadside Assistance to use.

Just be sure to call Agero for any roadside needs. In the unlikely event that Agero is closed or unreachable and you called another provider; you may be entitled to reimbursement by Agero. See policy endorsement for details.

Questions?

If you have any questions about our service and what is or isn’t covered, go ahead and give our Say Service Squad a shout at 1-800-225-5729.
